Different from other humidifiers, MHS humidfier's super fine fog (droplet size < 10 micron) is ideal for plants, it behaves as a fluid in gaseous phase which is capable of deep penetration of minute spaces. This eliminates the "free water" which contributes to contamination, disease and pollution in industrial agriculture applications of solutions using traditional methods.
By adding certain easily soluble substances to the water, it can carry out chemical or nutrient treatments which help to provide an improved product.

MHS humidifier's patent design has resolved traditional problem associated with humidification systems maintenance and repairing, and increased its application usage. MHS series commercial ultrasonic humidifier is simple to be controlled manually by turning on or off, and it is also capable to be controlled automatically by connecting to a humidity controller(optional).

ZS (GS) Industrial Humidifier & Atomizer Introduction

The ultrasonic humidifier equipment features high output in water mist/fog, available selection from 6 lbs/hour to 26 lbs/hour, high efficiency in spraying fine mist/fog droplet 1-10um with average 5 micron, it is silent, low trouble rate, a relative humidity 99% can be achieved. It is equipted with standard water inlet, water outlet cock and overflow outlet, stainless steel water tank and body with painting treatment on surface. The ultrasonic humidifier can be classifed into two ways of control, manual or automatic controls
The humidity control range is among 30%-99% with error rate of ± 5%. Outlet pipe can be reasonably arranged according to user's requirement. Pipe connection should be airtight.

Humidifier Output and Contol Type

Our ZS (GS)series industrial humidifiers have four types of industrial humidifier based on different fog/mist output, and there are two types of connection, single PVC pipe outlet connection(available for 6 lbs/hr and 12 lbs/hr) and double PVC pipe connection(available for 18 lbs/hr and 26 lbs/hr), see picture.

If you want to control it automatically, there are two ways to do that: You may simply use your own humidistat or our humidity controller to control turning on or off the power to the machine, machine gets turn on when there is power and off when power is out.
