GS Industrial Humidifier & Atomizer Introduction

The ultrasonic humidifier equipment features high output in water mist/fog, available selection from 6 lbs/hour to 26 lbs/hour, high efficiency in spraying fine mist/fog droplet 1-10um with average 5 micron, it is silent, low trouble rate, a relative humidity 99% can be achieved. It is equipted with standard water inlet, water outlet cock and overflow outlet, stainless steel body with painting treatment on surface. The ultrasonic humidifier can be classifed into three control ways as following:
1. Manual control system. According to different situations, customers can use single equipment or use multiple equipments working independently. Multiple equipments can controlled either independently or collectively.
2. Digital cycle work control system. The automatic cycle control period is between one minute and ninety-nine hours, Working time and time period can be set up according to user's need. Once it is set up, no worker is needed with its continual operation.
3. Digital humidity automatic control system. The humidity control range is among 1%-100% with error rate of ± 5%. Similarly, it is automatically controlled. Outlet pipe can be reasonably arranged according to user's requirement. Pipe connection should be airtight.

Our GS series industrial humidifiers have four types of industrial humidifier based on different fog/mist output and three types based on different control ways and there are two connection ways, single PVC pipe outlet connection(available for 6 lbs/hr and 12 lbs/hr) and double PVC pipe connection(available for 18 lbs/hr and 26 lbs/hr), see picture.

KJS-3.0, KJS-6.0 & KJS-15.0 Industrial Ultrasonic Humidifier

KJS series industrial ultrasonic humidifier features:

Fully automatical humidity control with auto self cleaning function. Different from the GS series, KJS ultrasonic humidifier will clean itself when it is turned on or its continuous running time reaching every 4 hours, stale water will be flushed out and 85% of mineral deposits on surface of the ultrasonic oscillator will be cleaned and drained out from the water outlet, this keeps unit remaining in effective performance.

Easy in installation and operation. Just connecting a water inlet hose(3/4" not included) to the inlet connector and a water outlet hose(1" not included) to the outlet connector, place humidity sensor to the location where humidity is needed and set the required humidity, then turn on the green power, humidifier starts cleaning itself and spraying fine mist within minutes through the sprayer mouth or PVC pipe(not included).

High efficiency in spraying fine mist/fog(droplet size 1-10um with average 5 micron), silent, low trouble rate and easy in maintenance, a relative humidity 99% can be achieved.

KJS series industral ultrasonic humidifier is equipped with humidity sensor, which can be set within 30 - 100%(RH). The machine automatically switches on to humidify when humidity is less than 3% setting parameter. Automatic control precision of the sensor is ± 3% RH.
Control panel indicator light will display "low level water, add water automatically, humidify, auto-clean". It tells its working state at the current time.
KJS humidifier will automatically switch the power off when water is at low level.
KJS humidifier uses regular tap water, prefer purified water, do not use water which contains acid and alkali substance, or sewage.

Installing:
(1) Put humidifier on ground or workbench steadily, install 110v/50Hz single-phase three- wire power socket on the wall near the machine.
(2) Installing sprayer pipe(if necessary):
See figure. Please refer to figure to install. Please notice:
a. KJS-3.0kg/h humidifier, air pipe (9) (11), tee (10), elbow (12) use 3 inches(outside diameter) PVC water outlet pipe; but KJS-6.0kg/h and KJS-15.0Kg/h use 4 1/4 inches(outside diameter) water outlet pipe.
b. PVC pipe needs relative immobility.
c. To prevent that water drop down, PVC pipe (11) ought to tilt up slightly.
(3) Connect humidity sensor (8) to socket of humidity sensor (4 pins) on right side of the humidifier. Fix humidity sensor on the wall of humidifying room, and position and altitude of humidity sensor is determined by customers.
(4) You may connect water inlet hose(16)(3/4" prepared by customer) directly to tap water pipe, but if necessary, add water filter (15)(optional prepared by customer) between water inlet hose and the tap water pipe to get cleaner water for the machine.
(5) Connect hose (18)(1" prepared by customer) to “water outlet” of humidifier, and the other end connects to your water outlet pipe (17). Make sure the level of water outlet pipe must be less than level of “discharging water mouth”. Note: Avoid installing “water inlet” or “water outlet” mistakenly.

Usage and maintenance
(1). Power On
a. Insert power plug of the humidifier into power socket, switch the power button on, indicator on the power button will be lighted. If water tank is no water or water level is low, “low level water” red lamp will be lighted, and “auto-adding water” green lamp also will be lighted, here, the machine can not spray fog; if water level in water tank is high level, “low level water” red lamp will black out, but “auto-adding water” green lamp and “spraying fog” blue lamp will be lighted, here, the machine can spray fog; if water level in water tank reaches the highest setting level, and “auto-adding water” green lamp will black out, “spraying fog” blue lamp will be lighted, the machine can spray fog. The above states indicate that the humidifier runs normally.
b. The machine has “auto-cleaning” function. The humidifier will clean itself when it is switched on or its continuous running time reaches 4 hours, at same time, “auto-cleaning” red lamp will be lighted. Cleaning time is about 4-6 minutes, and then sewage water will discharge from “water outlet”, but these operations do not influence on running of the humidifier. The machine also has “manual cleaning” function. You can press “cleaning button” down, and sewage water will discharge from “water outlet”. Note: After discharging sewage, you must restore “cleaning button” to “auto” position; otherwise, the water will discharge from the machine continuously.
c. The humidifier can control humidity in “manual”; put “humidity control” switch on “manual” position, and then the machine will spray fog beyond control of humidity sensor.
(2) Humidity display and setting: the machine is equipped with “AI humidity controller” according to humidity demand of humidifying space, which has two lines digital display, upper line displays current room humidity, lower line displays setting humidity. Setting humidity: press”^” button to increase setting humidity, press “V” button to decrease setting humidity. To avoid influence of cutting electricity, after finishing humidity setting, you must press “memory” button to save you setting parameter.
(3) Maintenance
a. According to standard demand, it would be better to use a water filter to get purified water for the machine.
b. It is suggested to run the machine once a week at least 30 minutes even if you don't use it, so it can be cleaned and flush out stale water, otherwise water mineral deposit could stay hard and become difficult to be cleaned out, and that could cause the misting discs not vibrating.
(4) Service:
(a) The life of ultrasonic oscillator is about 5000 hours. Owing to the machine runs discontinuously according to humidity of workplace, generally, you need to replace a new ultrasonic oscillator after three years. (b) General troubleshooting (see attached troubleshooting table).
Note:
(1) If you want to directly connect sprayer mouth to air condition pipe of building, please connect air pipe (9) (11) to air returned end of air condition, namely install in front of exhaust fan and in back of surface cooling. Owing to in the pipe of air condition wind pressure is too high; humidifier will run in high negative pressure condition. Under the condition, you can regulate wind inlet hole on the side of humidifier to avoid that water beads are sucked in air pipe of air-condition.
(2) Cannot add water from sprayer mouth (7), because when adding water from sprayer mouth by hand, you cannot control level of water. If water level is too high, it will submerge air pipe and cause that air cannot circulate and fog cannot spray out.
(3) When the machine is spraying fog, to avoid that water beads sprinkle into the machine and cause humidifier failure, you cannot take away the cover of humidifier (6).
(4) Before installing and using, please read the manual carefully, cannot install and operate blindly.
(5) If you meet some strange condition and irresolvable question, you ought to contact your dealer to solve the problem thoroughly.
